Like a dog with a dead bird, I proudly present to you, dear reader, my fluids:

Today i had a complete physical done at my doctor's. I am trying to get on this nutrition tip and i thought i'd start out with a (hopefully) clean bill of health. Or at the very least, know what i'm dealing with. So, the nurse had to take vials and vials of my blood plus i had to pee in a cup, which, as a woman I find very difficult. i managed to fill up a good amount and then the nurse put that in a vial, too. I don't even want to know how she did it. She set it down on the counter and went to the door to write something on my chart. That's when i snapped this photo with my trusty Audiovox CDM-8900 phone camera. It's blurry because I was trying to hurry lest the poor woman think me weird for wanting a snap of my fluids. That's my urine on the far right. In lemon yellow.
