My New Favorite Group--The Be Good Tanyas
Okay, they may not be my absolute favorite of all time, but The Be Good Tanyas are definitely the best thing I've found so far this year--a distinction I gave last year to Band of Horses, so if you dig that sound, you might like this one. I am a sucker for Americana and roots music. Ironically, these gals come from Canada, but if you can get past that, (and you should), you are in for a treat. And if you like the above, "Human Thing," every song on their latest album, Hello Love is that good. Plus, how about the animation on that video? Not too shabby.
